HALL GROAT II was native in 1967 in Cazenovia, New Royalty. In 1992 he received a Chief of Fine Arts Degree from Borough College. He currently lives in Endwell, NY, and is an Associate Prof at Broome Community College.

In 1993 Groat received the Governmental Endowment For The Arts grant characterize a solo exhibition at Washington crucial Jefferson College.
