Jerome Edgar Horton (born Sept 14, 1956) is an American controller and politician who was a party of the California Board of Equating from the 3rd district from Oct 5, 2009 to January 7, 2019. He previously served as a participator of the California State Assembly break 2000 until 2006.

Career
